(movies)

We were lucky enough to have our first good snow in December here in Iowa.
Check out the photos below of us testing the new Liberty Tracks in the snow.

After a few days of hard work, we got our M29C ready to do some swimming!
Below are a few pictures of this weasel (with a new Liberty Track installed on one side)
on it's first trip into the water in a long long time!

We will be taking this weasel to Spooner, Wisconsin this weekend for Kevin Kronlund's Fall Party,
where we will swim alongside a DUKW and a GPA.

Take a look at our new production grousers!
The grousers on the track in the pictures below were the prototypes.
Our new production grousers are heat treated, with raised center stiffener, and
will be powder coated.

The following six pictures were taken after a track from a newly acquired
M29C weasel broke only two miles into it's first trip since we purchased it.

As you can see, the bands and track look to be in overall good condition -
just another reminder that you never know when a track will break on you!

In memory of my late father Grover Wayne Howard, please take time to visit the following web site www.96th-infantry-division.com. His unit was known as the Deadeye Division of World War II. The Deadeye name was given to them for their excellent marksmanship exhibited in battle compared to any other unit that served in the pacific theater during WWII. My father received 2 bronze stars for his service during WWII.
